We are an architectural and engineering partner. We design, build, and steward digital infrastructure on behalf of our partners. The artifacts we deliver — code, architecture documents, operational runbooks — transfer to the partner on payment per the engagement agreement.

We are not a licensed money transmitter. We are not a chartered bank. We do not operate as a broker-dealer, a payment institution, an electronic money institution, or any equivalent licensed entity in any jurisdiction. We do not hold customer funds, custody assets, or carry primary regulatory responsibility for any system we architect.

• 01We engage where the regulatory perimeter is clearly defined and the partner carries primary licensing responsibility.
• 02We engage where the work is purely architectural and the partner holds all relevant licenses for any consumer-facing or money-movement function.
• 03We do not engage where Hylen would be expected to operate, in fact or in appearance, as a licensed entity in the partner’s jurisdiction.
